Book of Abstracts

A collation of accepted abstracts will be provided to all participants upon arrival. As you probably know, there will be no conference proceedings.

Oral Presentations

The lecture hall is well equipped with sound and projection facilities. A conference notebook (PC) with Windows XP system is also available. For your presentation, you may use either your own or the conference notebook. Please bring your presentation either in pdf or power-point format, and contact the corresponding technician one day in advance of each session. This will avoid last-minute preparation and possible confusion.

Speakers are reminded of the importance of using only clear, high quality presentations. The allotted times for the oral presentations include five minutes for discussion at the end.

Poster Presentations

Please prepare your poster with dimensions not exceeding 90 cm wide and 130 cm high. Posters can be fixed to the display board from 9 am on Wednesday (September 26). Mounting materials and assistance will be provided. Authors are requested to be present during the poster session, which will be held on Wednesday evening. The posters should be removed after the last session on Friday 28.
